An excuse to reunite with Cari, attend a fun event, and enjoy Italian food? I'll take it!

Count me in!

Last night I went to the 2nd event in the Style Social Fashion and Lifestyle Blogger Series. It was DIY Jewelry and Market Bags event at Urban Outfitters at The Americana at Brand. It was hosted by Erica Chan Coffman and Lauren Kolodny of HonestlyWtf.com with jewelry designer Amanda Thomas of Luv AJ. 

It had been a crazy, busy day and all I wanted to do was to go home and sleep. But since I had signed up and been wanting to reunite with my good friend, I went, and (OF COURSE) showed up late!

When we got there, there was tables set up with lots of t shirts, chains, studs, turbans, and much more.

Everyone was excited to create their own jewelry and market bags.

Not only was it a fun atmosphere but everyone was letting their imagination run wild.
While observing the whole scene, we managed to be silly and try on fun things.

Luv AJ has very unique jewelry.

Fell in love with her cuff bracelets.

After all the crafty goodies, ideas, and people we encountered, we ended our night with
UH-mazing Italian food.

There are 2 more workshops coming up over the next few days!

PHOTO DIARY: "Blogger Market"

I might be new to "blogging" but I have been religiously following various blogs for several years now.

A good friend of mine shared the news that some of my favorite bloggers, Jules from Sincerely, Jules and Shea from Cheyenne meets Chanel and many more, were putting a "blogger" market together. Immediately, I told her to count me in!

Although our day consisted of rain, thunder, and gloomy weather, it didn't stop us from reuniting and spending our Sunday fun day together meeting our "blogger" crushes, going through their closets, and sharing some laughs together.

Feeling really inspired from yesterday, now I am super stoked, anxious, and excited to keep blogging hoping to inspire many of you!
I am also convinced that even with my 50+ work hours a week, I WILL and SHALL find time to do outfit posts!

Super Busy. Stressful. Crazy. Three of many words that sums up my week!

I apologize for the lack of regular posts but I’m just glad this work week is over and it’s finally Friday!  I am looking forward to a fun-filled weekend with some quite time at home.
