It's memorial day weekend and time for a quick getaway!

If you are anything like me, you need others to make you a packing list or you will leave almost everything at home and not realize until you get to your destination.

The basics to pack for a weekend getaway are clothes, accessories, and makeup!

I love reading about quick getaway trips and came across a very useful article from Lauren Conrad just in time for my small 3 day trip to Palm Springs, CA.

Make sure you always pack with you:

- Sunglasses

- Big floppy hat

- Camera

- A really good book

- Cute sandals

- Swimsuits (try the new neon trend)

- Aloe Vera (after you get sunburned)

- iPod, iPhone, iPad

I will be out of town for the next 3 days and will be back soon with some new posts!

 With Memorial Day weekend coming up, I couldn't have came across a more PERFECT look book!

Who wouldn't want to enjoy their 3-day weekend on a boat in AMAZING clothes!

Neon colors are still  my current obsession.

I think ankle boots looks great with anything and everything.
Throw on a pair of high waisted shorts with a cropped top and you are ready to enjoy the sun!

ThreadSence: Summer Goddess

 I've been looking for the perfect summer look book to inspire me to add more items to my closet.

I came across this ThreadSence Summer look book that officially launches on Monday, May 21. It's entitled "Kiss the Sky: Desires of a Modern Day Goddess", and I want everything in this collection.

 

It includes the perfect maxi dress, colored denim, LBD, and pop colored jewelry.

I will definitely be revisiting the site on Monday when the collection launches. Will you?

 

By the way, I completely gave my blog a whole new look.
New sidebar titles, icons and TITLE font.

I am in love with my new FABULOUS find from Forever 21!

This floppy hat goes with about everything and adds a bohemian look to every outfit.

I can't get enough!

I took these pictures over the weekend and haven't gotten the chance to share them.
Maxi skirts are still in season and bigger than ever.
What's there not to love!  + P.S. the slit makes it more feminine.

I am very excited as this Monday is my birthday.
I turn the big 2 4 (or maybe that's the big 2 5 ).

I also, definitely, need a new camera, to take FAB outfit posts.
